Here's a crazy shot! If you're curious what this is, there's an explanation in the extended entry.

My husband and I went shopping at Arundel Mills today (finally finishing up on the shopping now that we're both basically finished with the term - yay!), and I had no new pictures to post so I decided to bring my camera in case I saw anything interesting. If any of you have been to Arundel Mills, you know how gaudy/tacky everything is (I was thinking I might see something for Photo Friday). I mean, they have fake Egyptian architecture!

This is actually a metal grating on a crazy giant sculpture outside the mall. These sculptures are lit up at night; that's where the light is from. I held the camera against the grating because I didn't have a tripod. It's so black in the background because it was actually dark, and I think the black is the dark sky.

Extremely cool. I feel like I'm flying over it at high speed.

Wow, what a neat perspective. Like something from a science fiction movie. When I stare with my eyes in a fixed focus on the black, the pattern moves. Maybe time for an eye checkup.

This is fabulous! It's soooo "you", if you know what I mean. :) But really, this is just crazy cool.
