  The first is 1.6 sec @ f8. The second is 1/4 sec @ f2.8. Any preferences? The framing is slightly different as well so that may be a factor. To me the speed changes the mood drastically. BTW, you have the wrong width in the HTML for these two images, so they're showing up as a bit bitty. You've exposed these so well. The snow looks nice and white. Also, I love that you can make out nice detail and highlights on the trees in the background. This is more true in the first image than the second, but I think I like the 2nd one best, because I like the texture of the water.
