![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm going away for a few days so I thought I'd post a series before I go. The bottle is on top of a white posterboard. I have an incandescent light very close to it to cast the intense green shadow. I also slightly overexposed each shot to get the background to look so light. The first one is my favorite, I think because the sharpness & color of the bottlecap provide a contrast to the soft green of the bottle. Posted by: VISUAL FIELD at April 17, 2005 11:14 AM Brilliant shots, every one! Posted by: Turfdigger at April 10, 2005 1:20 AM like the angles and the greens! Posted by: eden at April 10, 2005 12:09 AM I love this series. This selection of shots should be shown in a gallery. Posted by: Decksitter at April 9, 2005 9:52 PM The green is very calming. I bookmar these shots and come back when I need to settle my nerves. Nice series. Posted by: John Hyden at April 9, 2005 12:03 PM What is it about the green bottle that is so appealing? This is a great series...I think you have effectively captured the common art of this bottle, and the green shadow and shadow details are fantastic. Posted by: matt at April 9, 2005 10:03 AM Very good, I like the top one a lot because of the perspective and DoF. Nice study :) Posted by: pierre at April 8, 2005 3:13 AM i like the different angles and views. i think the top one is the most interesting with the perspective and framing. great color. Posted by: zerosun at April 7, 2005 1:15 AM I was going to write exactly the same as Ame. :) I think it's the strongest of the shots. Posted by: Paulo Ribeiro at April 6, 2005 8:50 AM mmmm! Boylands! big fan of the Black Cherry ! and oh yeh, great series of photos too! Posted by: Crash at April 6, 2005 7:24 AM The shadows are great, also the colour is well captured. The transparancy is always difficult to capture but here it is showing very well. I love this series..... again. Posted by: Chantal at April 6, 2005 3:54 AM absolutely great. and such good detail. Posted by: maya at April 5, 2005 11:07 PM Great perspective on the top one Posted by: Arne at April 5, 2005 10:37 PM I love it, everything about it -- the green on white, the details, the green shadow of light, the different angles, different views. Great all around. Posted by: david at April 5, 2005 10:07 PM Post a comment |
