I've been having trouble with making comments work on my archived posts, and finally with the help of the site admin, they are working (I hope!). If anyone wants to help me test it and try to leave a comment on some old posts, I would appreciate it a lot! Thanks! ![]() I think this is the last shot from the University of Chicago campus. Posted by: Diego at April 28, 2005 11:25 PM Ilove those flowers, but what I like the most of them is the line they create that divides the photo in two "regions". Hidden geometries :D Posted by: Diego at April 28, 2005 11:24 PM I like the implications of the tree's growth coming up against a wall. Even more interesting is that it's the wall of what we normally consider an institute of higher learning. Just shows how we live today so out of harmony with nature. Great shot!! Posted by: owl and dragon at April 27, 2005 8:39 AM Fantastic pictures (as usual)! I'm curious though, how do you decide when to leave the foreground out of focus, and when to put it in focus? You seem to have a real eye for it. Posted by: jeff at April 27, 2005 7:25 AM cute little blue flowers :-) Posted by: Crash at April 27, 2005 7:00 AM Beautiful sprinkling of what looks to be chionodoxa flowers there under the tree - I can see this one framed as a perfect pairing with yesterday's 'Harmony' image! Thanks for a little island of calm in a frazzling day:-) Posted by: Turfdigger at April 26, 2005 4:36 PM Oh yeah, and I went back to a photo in your December archives, but there was no link for comments... Posted by: Lara Barrett at April 26, 2005 11:01 AM I love the shadows and lighting on the wall, and the way the flowers stretch across the shot in a bright purple trail...lovely! Posted by: Lara Barrett at April 26, 2005 10:58 AM wow. i love the way the flowers are so little, so cute and so many. very good. Posted by: maya at April 26, 2005 9:20 AM I like the small flowers near the tree..... Posted by: Chantal at April 26, 2005 3:50 AM Post a comment |
