![]() On Saturday we went for a daytrip to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Ironically, both my husband and I thought that the farmland along the drive was much more beautiful and photogenic than the National Park itself. Granted, we probably didn't see the most impressive parts of the park because he had a limited time and after the hike down to the town, we didn't have enough time to hike up to the scenic overlooks. Nonetheless, the trip was worth it just to see these rolling hills. I was nervous taking these shots, thinking that the owners would come out and yell at me for photographing their property. Everytime a car drove by I started walking back to the car, but each time I was pleasantly surprised that they all just waved and drove on by.
