I was there one month ago and it was picture perfect, just like in this photo. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go around and I spent the three days I was there in the area of the John Hopkins University campus (and I had no time for photos) but it did look an interesting city while driving from the airport (except that I got lost several time before figuring out how the highways worked).
